DEER, ELK & ANTELOPE PERMIT DEADLINE IS JUNE 1
Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials reminds hunters
that the deadline to enter the special drawing for
Deer B, elk A-9, or antelope licenses and deer and elk
permits must be postmarked by June 1 at 5 p.m. and
online applications must be completed by no later
than June 1.
FWP encourages hunters to apply for special permits and
licenses online in order to receive instant confirmation
that their application is accepted and accurate. To
apply, go to FWP?s
Online
Applications.
To
use the online licensing option, applicants need to
enter their ALS number exactly as it appears on a recent
ALS license. You will also need a MasterCard or Visa
credit card. A convenience fee of $1.25 plus 2 percent
of your purchase price will be added to the total
purchase price. Online applicants receive immediate
confirmation that an application has been received and
entered into the drawing.
Big game hunters may also apply for special drawings:
* at
FWP headquarters in Helena, or
FWP regional offices, where a completed application
can be entered into the Automated Licensing System; or
* by mail using a
paper application.
Paper applications are available from
FWP regional offices,
license providers, and online on FWP?s
Mail-In Licensing web page.
