Many years ago we started this website because it was a "hobby and a passion". Over the past 2 years, we simply have not have the time to work on it, or even update it. Still, 100'S of THOUSANDS of deer hunters visit this site each year. It is a TRULY GREAT OPPORTUNITY for someone that is in the "deer hunting industry" to get massive exposure. We want the site grow and expand to better serve our hunter friends and be up to date.

This is NOT a sale for the average person.
We believe the the website should be purchased by a company in the deer hunting industry that can use the site to gain exposure, while at the same time offering great content to our fellow hunters.

We started tracking "unique visitors" (not hits or page views) to our site on Nov 14th, 2008.
Since that time we have had the following:

It is pretty simple. Just go to any of the "big 3" search engines and type in search terms like:

Files:
We will turn over the files that are present on these domains, but we will not guarantee working order or programming status.  (It has been a while since we dealt with them.)

Income:
Last year the sites produced over $6000 in income from basic adsense advertising.
(We have not offered advertising to outside customers / companies although we have had NUMEROUS inquires.)
We believe this should be able to reach $20 - $40k per year with an experienced webmaster implementing a focused banner program and marketing strategy.

Assistance from us:
We will happily offer advice and answer questions to the purchaser for 60 days following the sale.
We will transfer the ownership of the domains which usually takes 5 - 15 days.
We will give you access to the ftp logins on deerhunting.ws and should be able to turn over full hosting account on WhitetailTube.com.  
We will NOT be offering any programming help or assistance on publishing the sites.
We are not the greatest on this and have often paid others to do this for us.

Both domains are being sold together for a firm selling price of $26,000
We are happy to offer an escrow account from an attorney for the transfer of funds and sale agreement.
